We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible unused products.
To be eligible for return or refund:
The product must be unused
The product must be in original condition
The product must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty card, and invoice
The return request must be raised within 30 days from the date of delivery
The product must pass our inspection and approval process
Products that are used, damaged, installed, activated, tampered with, or missing accessories may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Products and Services
The following products and services may not be returnable or refundable:
Activated FASTags
SIM-enabled devices after activation
Installed GPS devices, dash cameras, or vehicle cameras
AIS-140 VLTD devices after activation, registration, or installation
Software subscriptions
App/platform subscription charges
GPS/SIM/app renewal charges
Custom-configured or vehicle-linked products
Products damaged due to wrong installation, misuse, tampering, or physical handling
Once a FASTag, SIM, GPS platform, or software service is activated, it may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
3. Warranty Policy
Product warranty covers manufacturing defects only, subject to the warranty terms of the product, brand, or supplier.
Warranty does not cover:
Physical damage
Water damage
Fire damage
Electrical damage
Tampering or opening of the device
Wrong installation
Incorrect wiring
Misuse or negligence
Damage caused by accident or external impact
Damage due to unauthorised service or repair
Warranty approval is subject to product inspection and confirmation of manufacturing defect.
4. Shipping Policy
Orders are usually shipped within 2–3 business days, subject to stock availability, product type, order confirmation, and delivery location.

Cancellation may not be possible if:
FASTag activation has started
SIM/device activation has started
GPS/app platform setup has been completed
Product has already been shipped
Product has been installed
Custom configuration has been completed

Some GPS, SIM-enabled, dashcam, AIS-140, or app-based products may include a free platform, SIM, or app usage period.
After the free period, renewal charges may apply for:

App access
Cloud storage
Tracking software
Device/server support
AIS-140 or related service renewals
